Lovely Boat Tour. Helsinki is a wonderful clean city and their waterways are just as delightful. We were fortunate the weather in September was as good as the UK, so we had no problems with what to wear. In many respects we enjoyed this more than the waterways of Venice, because the architecture is more interesing and the waters appear free of rubbish and polution.
