Upon completion of their training, the Recruit will be granted the rank of Crewman. Promotions past the rank of Crewman will be based on merit and various requirements, including but not limited to approval through immediate superiors, roleplay events, or interviews with Senior Officers.

Commander � Senior Officers within the Boatswain Group. Commanders often captain their own vessels or serve aboard the Flagship in a supervisory capacity.
