Carpet isn't really that hard to redo but carpet vs spray in is a personal preference. Definitely some pros to it. Just depends which outweigh the other for you. I suppose you could always do spray in for awhile and if you don't like it lay carpet over it. That would be real soft to stand on for long periods of time.
