If you have the patience Japanese pull saws yield very good results and are deceptively sharp, the down side is the glue in the ply will blunt them quickly. CMT are from Carbatec, Freud from better tool shops.

CMT Blade. I will see how it goes anyway. I used the new tablesaw to rip the meranti down to size and it seemed to do a pretty good job. Maybe not as exact and pretty as doing it on a bandsaw but I needed a table saw for another project, so I could justify the cost of it. I am working in feet, inches and eighths as thats what the plans are in and to save making a calculation error I am sticking with the original values.

The photos to the right show the hull after making the initial fillets between the wire ties.
