Today the trip was excellant as usual but the brunch was awful. They served biscuits and gravy like it was an appetizer and the gravy was soupy and had a weird texture to it. My biscuit was so tough I couldn't cut it with my fork. Ten minutes later they served us eggs, bacon and sausage and potatoes that looked like french fries, were cold and mushy.

Very disappointed this time. We brought our family from Minnesota on the afternoon jet boat ride. He stopped the boat to show us wildlife and did too many s to count. What a great adventure for our family.
