Seago had out boat for nearly a week before contacting me saying that it was lifted out of the water by ropes and that's what cause the handles to break I told them this was not the case as the boat had no reason to be lifted it has a set of wheels so my son could pull it himself.

The man told me he would get backbone touch with me I waited another few days before this happened where again he told me his engineer who had been fixing boats for 20 plus years said that the damage was caused by the tender being lifted by this point I got quite angry after paying nearly pound for a boat to be used once and break and then for them to turn around and blame us just so they don't have to honour the warranty was disgusting and I told him so I asked to speak to somebody higher up than him but he said he was a manager there and there wasn't anyone higher than him but there were other managers I could speak to so I did but with the same outcome.

Well I personally think seago is a joke and as we go around a lot of boat stalls and boats sales I personally will not endorse anyone to buy a seago boat they have upset my son terribly and he had to wait nearly 3 weeks before having his boat back I will tell everyone what seago has done and that they don't honour their warranty and not to buy from them.

The seago has been kept in a storage bag but it ripped on first use along the seams. After 1 week the rubber attachments started to fall off. Re applied with 2 part epoxy Colle yinycol M2. Put it away last summer after 2 week of use in France and the rubber joining the transom to the tubes started to go brown Hardly UV resistant.

Very unpretty Brought it out this year and used for about 4 weeks kept in water at all times and not overly inflated, and the transom rubbers have completely disengaged from the tubes. The glue is more like "Stickit Note" consistency. I will try repairing with Colle Vinycol. Called Seago and they advise that the boat should be covered up at all times. Not Realistic. I think it should last longer than 7 weeks but is now totally unserviceable.
